You can always ask Google on how to open your task manager. If the Ctrl+Alt+Delete or the Right click on the task bar -> Start Task Manager didn't work. I'm not sure about the paid effects though. I've tried to download free ones and didn't have any problems. Yes, unless you update, if you update then you'll just need to repeat the same steps above to get registered. It means it's still opened on the Task Manager, so make sure to End Process WSHelper.exe and Filmora.exe on the Task Manager first, before trying to delete WSHelper.exe. If you've tried this and still can't find WSHelper.exe, you can try these options:ġ. Go to Computer -> C: -> Program Files x86 -> Common Files -> Wondershare/Wondershare Studio -> Wondershare Helper Compact -> Then find WSHelper.exe and delete it.Ģ. Ctrl + R, then type in C:\Program Files (x86) then click ok, you'll be directed to the folder and then manually find Common Files -> Wondershare/Wondershare Studio -> Wondershare Helper Compact -> Then find WSHelper.exe and delete it. Make sure you don't close the "email is banned" error first, before finding it on the Task Manager and make sure you're on the "Processes" tab.
